1. Who we are

Liorva sells parenting workbooks and related printed material online. The storefront is operated by the merchant on Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or place it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are in US Dollars and may include applicable taxes. Payment is processed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — you'll receive a full refund within 5 business days in those cases.

4. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. Free US shipping on orders over $90. International orders are subject to customs duties and import taxes paid by the buyer.

5. Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. Bonus PDFs (if any) are yours to keep regardless of return.

6. Bonus content and digital downloads

Some orders include bonus PDFs delivered by email. The PDFs are licensed for personal household use only — please do not redistribute or republish.

7. Intellectual property

The book content, illustrations, photography, copy, and brand identity on this storefront are owned by Liorva or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, resell, or republish substantial portions without written permission.

8. User conduct

You agree not to attempt to interfere with the storefront, bypass payment, abuse the refund policy, or scrape content systematically.

9. Disclaimers

The workbook offers practical scripts for common social situations. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or professional child psychology services. Use your own judgment about what fits your child.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
